The Process –
1. If you are interested fill in the contact form on this page with the details requested. In the additional information section you could include details on current providers for your utilities, Broadband and Mobile where possible.
2. Call back – the distributor will call you back to ask some initial questions. This call takes around 5-10 minutes which will also give the customer basic information and find out if you would be eligible to switch. If you have any preferred time/date for this call back you can include this information in the ‘Additional Information’ box.
3. Presentation call – if you would like to go ahead with switching and it is possible to do so the distributor will arrange a time/date for full presentation which includes your quotations and applying. This call typically takes between 30-60 minutes. This will be done on a video call platform which will allow you to view the full presentation.
4. Sign up – Complete the process and begin the switching of your essential services.
