Euro 2020 Predictor – Sign Up

The club are running a predictor league for the Euro 2020 tournament. The competition will involve selecting score lines from each group game initially then into the knock out phase. It costs £10 to enter, half the amount generated will go into the club and the other half will be for prizes. Depending on number of entries we may look to offer 2nd and 3rd prizes.

How to enter –

1. Make bank transfer payment to Newtongrange Star FC (Account number – 00230260 S/C 832527) please ensure your name is in the reference and the wording ‘EURO2020’ – it is important you include this reference (full reference – ‘YOURNAMEEURO2020’) – Anyone who joins the league and has not made payment will be removed from the league.
2. After payment go to – https://worldcupfootballpredictor.co.uk/Account/Register and create an account
3. Once signed up click the ‘leaderboard’ icon, then click join league.
4. There will be a drop down menu – scroll down to ‘Newtongrange Star Predictor’ and enter the password Star123
5. Once joined navigate to the ‘Predictions’ icon and make your selections

You can be a member of multiple leagues, there is no limitation. Simply go to the Manage Leagues area in your profile and create or join as many leagues as you want.

Predictor Rules

1. You will receive 3 points for a correct score.
2. You will receive 1 point for a correct result.
3. Jokers applied to a game will double the points.
4. Jokers can be used once per group.
5. Your prediction for the Knockout phase will include extra time, but not penalties.
6. You will receive extra points for the final game if you correctly predict the tournament winner.
7. Leaderboard: If players finish level on points, then the player with most Correct Score points will finish higher, followed by Correct Result points, Joker points, Final points, Third-Place points, Semi-Final points, Quarter-Final points and then Last-16 points.
