We are delighted to announce young left back Louis O’Brien has agreed a new one year deal with Newtongrange Star.
Paul Milligan; “In his first year in senior football, Louis suffered a knee injury and missed several months of action. A couple of short loan spells at Edin United and Preston Athletic helped his return to fitness and having returned to NVP towards the end of last season he finished the season with a couple of strong performances. I think Louis deserved the opportunity to get a new deal, he is a great lad with a brilliant attitude and I’m looking forward to seeing what he can achieve this season. “
