This weekend is a massive Scottish Cup double header for Newtongrange Star.
On Friday evening our under 20’s side welcome Dunfermline Athletic to Newtongrange in the Scottish Youth Cup. Paul Milligan’s side are excited for the what will be a very tough test against a good side. Kick off at New Victoria Park is 7.45PM.
Onto Saturday and our first team are in Scottish Cup action. After a convincing victory at Dingwall against Invergordon, Newtongrange were drawn against Musselburgh Athletic in the first round of this seasons Scottish Cup. The teams last met in pre-season where it ended all square in a 6 goal thriller. The tie is away from home, kick off at Olivebank Stadium is at 3PM.
