Newtongrange Star are delighted to announce the lateat additon to our squad, goalkeeper Shea Dowie. Shea joins the club on a two year deal from Dunbar United.
Paul Milligan: “Shea is a fantastic young goalkeeper who I have had an eye on for some time. He is a modern goalkeeper and very comfortable with the ball at his feet which fits the style we want to play.
He is 23 years old and he is now ready to be a number 1. He will be a huge asset to the club this season and going forward.”
Shea featured regularly for Dunbar last season, including keeping a clean sheet in the seasiders historic 1-0 Scottish Cup 2nd Round win against East Fife.
