COMMERCIAL MANAGER APPOINTMENT
Jamie Adamson
Newtongrange Star FC is delighted to announce the appointment of Jamie Adamson as
the clubs first ever Commercial Manager.
Jamie joins the club to drive forward the clubs commercial opportunities to the wider
business community. It is The committee’s ambition to improve the club at every level and
have recognised the need to increase income through additional sponsorship and other
commercial avenues as an important part of that.
We believe by bringing in a dedicated individual we can raise the profile of the club within
the business community in Midlothian and further afield. While Jamie joins us at a very
difficult time for many businesses, he has been involved in sales & marketing for a number
of years and has a range of existing clients and contacts, many of which have already
shown interest in getting involved in the club commercially.
Jamie has already put a number of plans in place to improve the commercial experience
for all club sponsors and commercial partners as we look to improve the package we offer
as a Football Club.
We see this as another positive step for the club as we look to improve all areas of the
club as we move in to next season and beyond.
In addition to Jamie’s arrival, we have more exciting announcements to make in the
coming days and weeks.
